By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order through our website.

If you are under 18, you may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Although we sell children’s clothing, our products are intended to be purchased by adults.

2. Account and Customer Information

You may browse the website without creating an account. When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, telephone number, email address, billing address and delivery address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for activities performed through your account.

Please inform us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Products and Product Information

Puppet NX sells school uniforms, boys’ fashion wear, girls’ uniform essentials, accessories and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements, prices and availability are accurate. However:

Colours may appear slightly different because of screen settings, lighting or fabric dye-lot variations.
Garment measurements may have minor manufacturing tolerances.
Product packaging, labels or small design details may occasionally be updated.
Size recommendations are provided for guidance and do not guarantee an exact fit.

These reasonable variations do not affect your rights where a product is defective, materially different from its description or not the product ordered.

Customers should check the relevant size guide before placing an order.

4. Prices, Taxes and Promotions

Unless stated otherwise, all prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery charges or other applicable fees will be displayed before order confirmation.

Prices may be changed without prior notice, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

Discount codes, sales and promotional offers:

Are valid only during the stated promotional period.
May apply only to selected products or order values.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
May not be combined unless expressly permitted.
Are subject to product and stock availability.
May be withdrawn or corrected where there is a genuine technical or pricing error.

“While stocks last” offers automatically end when the relevant stock is exhausted.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase products from us. An automated order confirmation only confirms that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the products.

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

The product is unavailable.
Payment is unsuccessful or cannot be verified.
The delivery address is incomplete or outside our service area.
There is a genuine pricing or product-description error.
We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or an unauthorised transaction.
The quantity ordered is unusually large and should be handled as a wholesale order.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount paid for the cancelled product will be refunded to the original payment method without an additional cancellation charge.

6. Payments

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may include prepaid online payment and Cash on Delivery.

Online payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers. We do not normally receive or store your complete debit-card or credit-card information.

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have permission from its owner.

We are not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, insufficient funds, incorrect information or technical problems outside our reasonable control.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Available delivery locations, shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout or communicated with your order.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, strikes, government restrictions, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an available telephone number. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal of a correctly supplied order.

If an order is lost before delivery or returned to us without being delivered, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Ownership and responsibility for the products pass to the customer upon successful delivery, subject to applicable consumer law.

8. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation by emailing puppetnx1986@gmail.com with your order number.

Cancellation requests can normally be accepted only before the order has been packed, dispatched or collected by the courier.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled. After delivery, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the return conditions below.

We do not impose a cancellation fee unless such a fee has been clearly disclosed and is permitted under applicable law.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Most eligible products may be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Your order number.
The product you wish to return.
The reason for the return.
Photographs where the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a discretionary return or size exchange, the product must be:

Unused, unworn and unwashed.
Free from stains, odours, damage or alteration.
Returned with its original tags and packaging.
Accompanied by the order number, digital invoice or other reasonable proof of purchase.

Non-returnable products

The following products cannot be returned for a change of mind unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from their description:

Customised, altered, embroidered or personalised garments.
Products specially manufactured for a school, institution or customer.
Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” before purchase.
Gift cards, if offered.
Sealed hygiene-sensitive products after the seal has been opened, where the restriction was clearly disclosed before purchase.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged or used contrary to their care instructions.

Nothing in this section limits your rights regarding defective, damaged, incorrect or misrepresented products.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product.

Where the claim is accepted, we may offer a replacement, exchange or refund. Puppet-NX will bear reasonable return and replacement shipping costs where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper washing, misuse or failure to follow garment-care instructions will not ordinarily be treated as a manufacturing defect.

Change-of-mind and size returns

For an approved change-of-mind or size return:

Original shipping and Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping may be payable by the customer.
Replacement shipping or any price difference will be communicated before an exchange is processed.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refund processing

Returned products will be inspected after they reach us. Approved refunds will normally be initiated within 10 business days after receipt and inspection.

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request valid bank-account or UPI details to process the refund.

Banks and payment providers may require additional time to credit the refund after it has been initiated.

10. Bulk, School and Wholesale Orders

Bulk, school, institutional, customised and wholesale orders may be governed by a separate written quotation, purchase order or supply agreement.

Such orders may have different provisions regarding:

Minimum quantities.
Samples and approvals.
Pricing and taxes.
Payment schedules.
Production and delivery timelines.
Size ratios and manufacturing tolerances.
Branding, embroidery and customisation.
Cancellation, returns and replacements.

Where separate written terms are agreed, those terms will take priority for the relevant bulk or customised order.

11. Reviews, Feedback and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion or other content, you confirm that:

The content is accurate and based on your genuine experience.
You own the content or have permission to submit it.
It does not infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.
It is not unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory or harmful.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use content voluntarily submitted for reviews, customer support or promotional purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

The Puppet-NX and PNX names, logos, website design, product photographs, graphics, text, artwork, garment designs and other website content are owned by or licensed to Pink Choice Fashion Creator.

You may use the website only for personal and lawful shopping purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, scrape, commercially exploit or use our content, branding or product images without prior written permission.

13. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the website:

For any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose.
To transmit viruses, malware or harmful code.
To interfere with the website’s operation or security.
