We are responsible for what we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items to us within a week ( 7 days ) of delivery to get a 100% refund except Shipping & COD charges. is committed to ensure your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us.

To return or cancel your order just mail us your order number at with the reason for returning or cancelling.
(Note – Order won’t get cancelled if shipped/picked up by the courier company.)

In an unlikely event, if it happens that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you had received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within a week         ( 7 days ) from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Any returns/exchanges  through courier, must be accompanied by the original sale invoice, which is shipped along with the products.

We will not be able to accept or process returns or exchange or refund which are not accompanied by the relevant/respective original sales invoice. Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with.

If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, e-mail us at, mentioning your order reference number.
We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

We do always put in our best efforts to ensure that each of our customer is completely satisfied with every purchase made from In the event you return any item which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, we will refund the shipping charges applicable to that item along with the product cost, if we are unable to exchange or replace that item then the replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.

Returns/Exchange through courier collection:

After the merchandise is received by, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process a refund/exchange within 10 working days of receipt of the merchandise.             In case of refunds, shipping charges will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded.

 If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that we will not be responsible for any delay in your credit/debit card account getting credited back as it is managed by your respective credit/debit card issuing bank.
